I'm as happy right now as I appear to be in this picture taken by a sweet little girl I tutored, Laila.

This post is number 100. Oh my, what do I say? I look through some of the older posts and smile. Life has changed so much in the last 100 posts. I'm engaged to my Best Friend, Popsicle is being treated with the help of Mama Bird, is now living away from home attending college, and Baby Bear is a soccer playing star.

Rather than trying to outwrite everything else that i've worked hard to write over the past year, I'm going to link to my five favorite posts.

1. The Refiner's Fire: God growing my family and I through His fire, or a medical mystery. 
2. I Will be Grateful for This Day: sometimes the day seems to be too much. I need to paint this for myself (and probably get it tattooed on my forehead) to remember thanksgiving. 
3. Why Does God let Bad Things Happen to Good People?: A study of the book of Job and the way that God's glory can result from bad things while growing good people. 
4. J and I's Engagement Announcement!: Well, I'm still so excited I just couldn't resist listing it! 
5. Sinfully Sweet Red Velvet Cupcakes: In adding the new cooking part to my blog I decided to take on what I thought of as one of the hardest kitchen tasks: making a cake from scratch, no box.
